I am quite satisfy with the updated information which this app provides on regular basis bu they should also delete the old properties everyday from the list which are already sold out.

foreclosed homes helping the buyer by allowing them to get direction of the property, filter function make it so useful having option for the various properties like, Hud homes,Auction properties etc.

This is a great service for Realtors to generate leads, but is not inclusive of all HUD properties, short sales, or listings in general.

Great app for the current recession oriented real estate economy.

I used the app for 10 minutes, it wants you to register. The app appears to list regular homes for sale and not many of them at that.

good update. The app performs better but in the next update it will be hood yo add new features like how to close a foreclosure deal, Etc

This app is really useful for todays home buyer. It has all of the information you need, access to local agents, ability to do nearby searches and more. It has been very helpful in finding my first home.

They need your phone number in order to look at details of each house. No details on house after. I deleted the app right away, the got two phone calls right away saying that I have requested for new mortgage rate! What a scam!

I have had this app for a few months now and it has been very helpful in my home searching process. Its connected me with some great professionals in my area who have been crucial to my home buying process. This new version runs and performs faster. Great app to have.

Have to sign up to be contacted by lenders to use all the features.

In order for you to get enough info you need to give your phone number for a realtor to contact you. 2nd thing this app is missing a lot of homes there around 20 homes in my neighborhood foreclosed on for over a year and none of them pull up on this app. This is just a scam for a realtor to harass you.

Cant even find my city and my city is pretty big. Dont bother getting this app

They are just collecting your info and not providing any detailed regarding properties. Got calls from lenders offering me mortgage. I wish apple will just remove this kind of apps from the store.

They do not tell you that youll have to input phone number and other info to even use the app. Then start the calls from lenders. I deleted the app right away!

I get 5 calls a day. Do not download this app!!

had three people calling me within 1 hour after downing app asking me questions as if Im requesting a loan. I let them know I was just looking and they kept pushing. They still call me even after requested them to stop and I deleted the app. Its not worth it.

Ed savarese made it easy and simple on helping me and my husband find the perfect home for us. Thanks to this app we were able to find Ed and our home. Sooooo happy!!!

Do not use, not a good app and will get harassing phone calls!
